I mentor and try to help as many people as I can because I've been there. I know what it's like to feel like life is one problem after another. I know what it's like to feel like no matter what you do, you're never good enough. I know what it's like to feel frustrated, angry, and alone.

The good news is that there's hope for something better. I'm not necessarily talking about medication, or having someone take notes while you tell them about your day. I'm talking about learning how to cope with what life throws at you, in a way that makes you feel good about yourself. I'm talking about taking control of how you feel, instead of letting other people drag your emotions and sense of self down the drain. I'm talking about really becoming the best YOU that you can be.

The only trick is, if you're not at a place where you're really sick and tired of how things are, this won't work. Things can only change for the better if you want them to. So if you're not quite convinced that change is possible right now, it'd probably be better to hold off on trying anything new, at least for the time being. However, if you are at a point where you feel like saying "Enough is enough! I'll do anything to make this better!"-- then the time is right.

The actual process of getting things straightened out involves a lot of analyzing the past and figuring out how it's affected you, along with learning new, healthy coping skills. The 'program' takes many months, but since this is more or less an informational packet, I'm going to break it down into a summary. It won't be as thorough, but it'll still give you the basic framework you'll need to start making some positive changes in your life.
